I saw that too but then i looked into his cns & cmd files..and compared them to GM's his states are on point..(i think gouki is suppose to do that..cause even GM's gouki does the same amount of damage)
As for that little speck on the bottom right of the screen..i just think you timed that screenshot just right..if you can do it again with the mugen debug settings on i could see what frame /state that is?
I have been using/referencing Ibuki movements a lot. along with nearly all the other characters in SF3.
The only thing I am sweating is coding...ha

okay i'll try the changestate = 0 yeah i mean my character does the moves i have commanded for them..but they go thu it so quick and take like a minute to power charge while getting super ed or w/e done to them by the opponent
As for the victory screen ..there's no possible way to add it to a character unless i hack it? What about the KOF type characters with that?or is there a certain type of state for that too?

Yeah..that's School-girl Akiha for you...Aoko's move used against her but with a twist. I see 9's back on the 1.0 scale..His old characters are good so im pretty sure these guys are as well

also my eyes kinda hurt alittle..not if it's too much but could you show screenshots and make the picture alittle bigger..(my old eyes can't take the squinting)
Nice character thou i did try it out (even with the A.I) and i think it might have worked alittle better if you used the impossible commands (Winane's -var2,3)

The mech cat super could be watered down to just 3 or 4 mech cats running across at the same time close enough to jump over. Or a bigger mech cat that hits more times.

BTW -Strider is a very good start for converting to SF3 ..now Ibuki will have ot work even harder which brings up a question (You think about using some of SF3 Ibuki's movements to blend in with strider's or giving them a special intro?)

As a completely shameless pervert, there is a definite line between sexy and trying too hard. I like to think that this Harley goes under the latter.
She reminds me of that clown off of deathlokk cartoon Dr Razio (besides Harley looked much better in the DC online game..with her old uniform and just as sexy)

I system restored so many times i think my computer has retracted back into baby stage but pretty much my mugen files and everything mugen is on my external drive or key..(just an idea)

I'm still working on a character..so far i have given them a new A.I ,intro screen,new palettes,a new special move,new super move
but now i am stuck on how do i add in a victory screen (after the fight) and where do i go to turn down the character's constant power charge during their A.I state (They power charge at the wrong times during battles and im stumped)

Sheesh if that actually happened the only character for mugen would be KFM...that's a sad situation ..any hows..isnt that what it's all about someone makes a character ,it gets warehoused..some other guy comes makes some Ex,orochi,god version of it..and blam we have 4 character's made from 4 different creator using the same basic character..
The saying goes don't cry over spilled milk..just get a bounty paper towel and fix another glass

Honestly KONG should've learned form Warusaki (at least then he would've been an expert MVC maker in comparison to CVS)
as for the small portraits..(i just erased them and put in my own portraits..)
KONG does does not has the luxury of being able to work on mugen chars 8+ hours everyday.
