Or a beta gets leaked. Or someone gets a job, pops out a kid, etc. Teams have too many potential issues to rely on them. Its better to go it alone. Plus, if the project is too grand for yourself then you can save it by just cutting back and expanding later. Esp when you can really only rely on yourself 90% of the time

Its not a major thing. I dont plan on using Phantom's super fx forever. Id like to use the hi res sf3 fx from CFJ with zoom. Or something new altogether. If Phanto sounds were overused,  Id use them too. There is a lot of place holder stuff right now. I could use an fx person.

So uh... something happened and somehow I ended up saving an old Ryu over the update and I don't remember when I even did that. I didn't notice till I saw the small portrait was the old sprite one. I have new color separated sprites thanks to. Varo_hades too

Zero de artemis did a reshade and I think Buckus did something afterwards with color reduction? Iirc. He usually responds to pms.

Ibuki got reshaded or color reduced by marancav(sp?) A few years back too. Her hair might have been separate though

The most recent CFJ2 stuff is on drop box. Im hoping to gradually update the trinity ones when I finish the main updates.

Yun was pretty close to finished before. Just juggle stuff, his flip special, supers, and AI

Normals are done including tcs. Ive tweaked her j.mp, j.hp tc to force it to hit more enemies. Some system stuff is done as well. Just down to cc activation and parry animations(was using my laptop). Once I tweak some stuff, Ill send the pre alpha out for testing. Just to make sure Im doing it right.

After Elena, Im doing Rose, Yun, or Hotaru. Depends on motivation and free time. Yun and Rose have extra uses for me. If someone wants to build an sff with Felo's latest Rose set, I can get her coded fairly quickly. With her ultra buffs, I can make something beastly cfj2 wise. Mugen needs more good Roses

In the area I live, the average apartment is going to set you back about 500 a month. That's usually without utilities so you may as well bump that to 600(even the subsidised housing carries a min of 425 a month before utilities, but a family of 2 needs to make less than 26k a year iirc to qualify). At 8.85 an hour, Im taking home about 900-950 a month usually (after taxes). Assuming your car is paid for(mine isnt. My other vehicle died and I was talked into building credit via a car), you still have insurance, gas, and food. Cheapest you'll get around here for insurance is like 40 bucks for the minimum(mine is 100). You also need to factor in pop up expenses(clothes for work, medical costs, phone, etc).

I work 72 hours each pay check(the way the pay cycle works). At 8.85, I literally cant survive on my own here. My fiance works fast food and she rarely gets hours. Its a high stress, minimum return job. Its not worth the pittance she makes(usually less than 200 every two weeks). If my car was payed off, Id be barely making it(gas for my car ranges from 150-200 a month). The cost of living here is fairly high. Not exactly Cali or New York bad, but when milk is like 4.50 a gallon and gas is between 3.30 and 4 something a gallon, you just cant survive on minimum wage.

It should be tied to inflation with a minimum it cant drop below. Something in the 10-12 dollar range based on what the change has been. I could get by easily with that. Not rich, but at least I could potentially think about retiring with something someday. Im considering actual careers, but cant afford college

If you cant afford a raise, then you definitely cant afford to lose large chunks of your workers. Unless, of course, you intend to use those chunks for your mystery meat. Same concept for walmart, though it supports a min wage increase since most of the workers shop there and it would benefit them overall. They cant do it unless forced to for max profit reasons though

Im considering moving CFJ2 to mugen 1.1. Is there anything I should worry about?

That zoom thing interests me. Zooming in for super start ups or during certain moves sounds useful to me. Is the engine faster? More stable?  About the same?

Im not entirely ruling out Elena in CFJ2 yet. It wouldn't require major tweaks to add her. Just the system stuff, hitvel tweaks, and rebalancing. I may also add kara throws to some characters

In 3s, its either 1 tick or 2. There is a 1 tick lag in my emu so Im not sure if its just one. If you do it as the f.mk anim has started, it doesn't work so I assume its one tick. Should I have a config option to disable it?

Other options Im adding:
-Taunt input(start button or lp+hk with a pause menu)
-Taunt bonuses(stun bonus(CFJ characters only), bonus damage, healing boost, scratch wheel height bonus or combo damage increase, etc)
-Throw input(2p/2k vs lp+lk)
-Hit sound selection(pots or sf4)
-Language selection(if I get her sf4 voices)

I increased her jump height slightly. Im not sure if artmoney lags, but I seem to be missing the first velocity frame. So I added the yvel drop rate and it looks better imo. Im just hoping she doesn't have position changes in mid air lol

........she does gain position in the air lol

S.mp and f.mk are mentioned iirc. F.mk being a lot better.

Sagat's kara-uppercuts and knees are a major part of his game imo. Or at least how I play it. He really should get that move in mugen.

I really want her to have kara throws, but I honestly dont know much about them. Is it every non air normal? What is the input window for a kara throw? Her F.mk is perfect for it. She gains like 28 pixels in the first frame(before scaling).

Crouching normals and non air tcs are done. Ill be off in a couple days. Ill do the system stuff and probably upload and Alpha to make sure Im doing it right

He was still working on them the last I heard. I may release the beta and get the separated sff later on. She will probably need to have her bracelets as helpers to free up colors. With as good as the cs was, Im all for the extra options.

Her juggles are going to be the challenge once her normals are done. I code juggles differently than Pots and she has a lot between her three series. I prefer Ultra to X. So her ex mallet will be that one. I prefer her 3s and Ultra scratch wheels too. She will probably be more Ultra than 3s. I didn't play her much in 3s tbh

Thanks, man. Do you have a drop box? Mediafire stopped working for me on my phone. It downloads a few kb and calls it done. Dropbox is the only thing that works properly (except with MFG's project. It makes me download everything individually)

Ill have to check with Jesuszilla about getting the next updates put in my trinity CFJ2 folder

Minor update time:
-Ive made a bit of progress
-She has a mix of data from Ultra and X, making her more powerful
-S.Hk and Arch heel are +4, c.lk is a +6, and c.mp is a +7. Her moves are a bit safer in X for some
-standing normals and command moves are done as well as a couple crouching and tcs

People were requesting them that way. I can always go back and cut file size when its finished. It still needs an sp and stuff anyway. I like some of the ambitious stuff in the MFG full game.

Ill be really busy for a few days leading up to my wedding at least. Ill do as much as I can
