Gladly. You'll have to make a separate AIR file and CNS, because you're going to have to get the animation timings in Turbo. It's also going to require a lot of code changes. It's not 100% perfect, so it's not precise... however, it is accurate. It is basically an approximation. The only way to avoid this would be programmatic frameskip, but that is too delicate and it would require a lot more research on my part, not to mention that would be troublesome having to code safeguards for keyframes (frames with attack boxes). If you are fine with losing some precision for the sake of better feel, then this is the way I've found best to do it.Cool! I'm currently working on fixing his aspect ratio, so it might be a while before I get to the turbo speed yet. Also very interested in learning about this custom state setup.
Also on a similar subject, look a few pages back because I've found a way to put characters in a custom state while using their proper gethit animations.
I also challenge anybody to make a special version of SF1 Ryu that includes his scrapped "Fire Kick" special.I think Masa's SF1 Ryu actually does have the Fire Kick.
