Hey, it worked! I was able to make a Blaziken say "BLAAAAAZE!" instead of "Winner!" without conversion! You just have to put the quotes where they would be on a 1.0 character, and it'll work just fine!

Talk about a breakthrough!

Edit: Some people don't seem to have the 'format' section, so I'm going to see if the Quote bit can go anywhere I want it.

Edit2: Okay, it works perfectly! Just put them where they won't bother anything. (AKA The bottom of the file.)

Uh, where do I find those constants, exactly? In the .def files for the character?

Apparently, all I needed was 60, but I downloaded another screenpack just to be on the safe side. Doubt I'll EVER get 600 characters anyhow. XP

On the topic of helping, can someone tell me how to change victory quotes, like right after a battle? I'm sick of everyone saying "Winner!"

Just did so, but I'm gonna need a BIG screenpack to be able to fit all these characters.

You were right - those stages were for 1.0. The Outskirt Stand stage was my test, and it's perfect-sized now.

...Does anything for the old MUGEN work for the new one? I have a ton of characters for 1.0 I want to keep. And stages.

Well that's weird. I could have sworn that the screenshots would have shown... I'll re-do it. Anyways, I'll check that out. Can't believe she was for DOSMugen...

Good morning...

To cut a long story short, I'm having problems with a character I downloaded, Eiko Magami.

Just look at these screenshots, you'll see what I mean...

I'd appreciate it much if someone would help me fix this problem. It's bugging me, since she is such an awesome character, but can't be fully enjoyed due to her glitchy appearance.

Good evening... I'm Torry Ellis, just joined up about ten minutes ago.

I'm somewhat an enthuiast of fighting games, and got into M.U.G.E.N. about a year ago, out of interest in making video games. I got an interesting idea for a huge game with a lot of characters...

Anyways, I joined up in hopes of learning more about how to make your own fighting game, characters, stages, and maybe make some friends. Good evening to you all! ^.^
