Nothing crazy has ever happened to me when it happens.  Instead, I wake from it, fall asleep only to have it happen again.  Now, if it happens, I have to get out of bed, walk around, then go back to sleep, that's the only way I can keep it from happening, over and over and over again.  Creepy.

Okay, Collision and attack boxes are pretty atrocious, clean it up. 
Sprite, ugly, meh, I can deal, it's not like there's a million of Barry sprites floating around.
At least align the sprites that you do have.
The only real attack, other than the uppercut that hits half screen, is the gun attack. The others look like he's taking a dump (or doing the Russian Dance), I won't even get into that limp wristed punch.

Hey, creator, do you plan on adding more attacks to the beta?  Aligning sprites, fixing sprites, better sfx and such?  Other character assists? Honestly, I could see this getting pretty good if it had more to it, and everything flowed smoothly (it's pretty jerky) Thanks for the effort, but it needs a lot of work.  :sugoi:

I liked your Hell Side stage, but for some reason, this one not too much.  The effect is neat, for some reason the stage seems...blah.  Solid, though.

I'll send you a full tutorial, with pictures and everything. It's actually VERY VERY simple.  I use Font Factory.  Also, everything seems hard at first.  I've completed the Eternal Champions screenpack, but won't release it because it will just undermind your work.  Maybe in the future

The height is good, especially for super jump characters.  If he shrinks the height of the stage, the character will look too big compared to the house.  It just needs some extras, but as a base, it has a wonder NES look to it.  Maybe retro is just my favor, but I think after some tweaks and twists, boom, it's great!

Dude, I don't care what anyone says.  It DOES NOT look bad in MUGEN.  I love the retro feel of it.  Add a nice floor, parallax the Mansion and the sky, add some glow to those pumpkins, and move that ghost around, and BAM, it's perfect.  Maybe some leaves and such moving across the screen.  Make the clouds move across.  Light up those trees, add some ghosts or bats to the graveyard, make the drapes in the window open and close.  In fact, I think I'm going to do this to the stage (Of course I won't release it unless you let me,) but, dude, I really do love it!  I can already hear a nice eerie organ soundtrack, or heck, maybe just some spooky rustling wind. 

Just as a base, this stage is wonderful.  I love the colors, the atmosphere (I LOVE HALLOWEEN!).  Add a few extra things and this stage and, to me, it is top notch.

Nice lifebars, but on the select screen, the small portraits cover up the large portraits.  Kind of defeats the purpose, there.
