Are all the extra characters to be part of SFIV's story? Or they will be "dream match additions"?
I don't know how many years before New Generation is this story placed, but some characters probably are kids by the time the events happen: Yun, Yang, Ibuki... so I find very difficult to see them in the game :(
This has been covered before: there's only a five-year gap between SF2 and SF3, so that goes to say there's about half that between SF4 and SF3.  Seeing as all the teenagers were university-age by SF3, they wouldn't be that young.  Or at least, they'd be older than Sakura was in Alpha.

Maybe not cool to you and me, but you can't deny emo has a huge following.  Besides, even if bucking the system is something for the miserable little toerags to stay alive for, then the bill's done its job.  Think of all the attention they'd be getting for being arrested!  They'd eat that up!  Given the choice of offing themselves and becoming just another number amongst tens of thousands, or living and suffering through all the discrimination and oppression and feeding that need to be different even more, I'd imagine they'd choose the latter in droves.

No Dudley is a bit disappointing, but not entirely unexpected.  We already have Mike Bison, so having Dudley as well was always a long shot.

Alpha characters were probably always going to outnumber SF3 characters; like it or not, Alpha's more popular.  The good news is this is more than Ono's mentioned in the past: the fact that he's said Alpha outnumbers SF3 says there's a number of SF3 characters planned, even if that number's one.  That one character not being Dudley, Necro (Dhalsim and Blanka are both in), Remy (Guile's in), Sean (hints Ono's saving him for a post-SF3 game) or Hugo (FF character) means my girl Ibuki's odds are looking up.

And God DAMN, Cammy won that poll 2-to-1?  Cammyfans probably stacked the votes...  Although as much as I'm deign to admit it, the voice actor they got for her is damn good.

Other news in your article: Darkstalkers might be getting a SF4-style title.  Hell yes.

Couple of differences I've picked up on:

As a clone of Astaroth, Ashlotte should have impaled Yoda, then run him around the arena.  Seems like there's a different, less awesome CF each character uses against Yoda, because he's too short for many of the normal ones to work.

Also, I think Yoshimitsu's CF changes slightly depending on which character it's used on.  DanTheIsland's video showed the kanji for 'love' with a heart motif after slaying Taki, but a different one after killing Talim, even with different visual effects.
