okay, so I am ripping sprites from a PSX game using the screenshot-SpriteTracer method. I have the palette for the sprites, but whenever I save it to them, a few of the sprites "deform", or chunks of the sprites appear anywhere on the image, and random blocks of color in the sprite appears, officially deforming it. I try doing it a second time, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it'll also work if I change the size a bit, but no matter WHAT, the problem will not stop happening if anything. I don't know what causes all this deforming, this has never happened before, please help. ;;

Nijikaku as a whole is berry, berry poorly coded. If you run the debug mode you'll be surprised with the quantity of debug flood and error messages popping-up on the screen.
Some chars like Yuki Kotonomiya are so badly coded that they crash your Mugen after you transfer her from Nijikaku to normal Mugen. In most cases fixing the char is a tedious process.
Not mentioning that the game has 216 chars and only a really small portion of them are genuinely fun to play.
actually, I've transferred her to normal MUGEN and she gave me no problems at all >O>

and sheesh, I wonder why Visko was only released recently... they put her for consideration since like, last year or two.
btw I wonder if anyone noticed NT-mama, she's also new but unfinished... took her a while. .____.;
then theres characters who are supposed to be released by now, can be seen on the wiki (ttp:, or as I've noticed, she's really http:-san?) and then there's Koromo Amae, another character from Saki(Mutsuki and Mihoko are too~), who hasn't been updated since last summer...
and finally, theres Hayai-San, who for some reason has stuck onto the site ever since 2007 but she doesn't seem to have ever been put into Nijikaku. she must have been playable before, because a state intro for her exists in Godman's intro states, and he has one for just about every character.
somebody please! I really want the name of that music! (previous thread)

I tried that, it only makes the helper turn into the parent, so, technically, it becomes a clone of the parent.

hello~
I'm trying to make a helper that works similarly to the parent, like, standing while doing certain things to commands.
the moving commands work.
but for some reason, any moves for attacking won't respond no matter what button it is.
everything here is the same even when the parent is defeated. why won't the attacks work?
please help.
