To give a suggestion to alexlexus, inside all of your AI changestate sctrls, you should always include a
stateno != *same state you are about to go into*
And if you can combo that state with the same state, you would put
stateno = *same state you are about to go into* && *a time parameter, so that you aren't going to get stuck in an infinite loop on the first frame*
Either that or include a "ctrl" trigger. I don't think I saw one in a particular section of the AI coding, where he apparently goes into either a Shin Shoryukken, or the Raging Demon

In my opinion, it really just seems like a sprite edit of gouki, nothing really unique about this character except the way he looks. Also, some of the sprites are just plain gouki and hardly look edited at all to resemble gouken.
