I'm trying to change my SFA Ryu's small portrait, because the one it came with doesn't fit the 25x25 frame. So I changed it to one that did, but when I did the colors came out all inverted. I thought I did it right at first, I first made the background pink and saved it as a .PCX in photoshop. then I took the PCX file, and opened it in Fighter Factory and opened it in the palette edit, then I optimized it and put the pink in the lower right so it could be recognized as transparent. After that I saved it as a .PCX and replaced Ryu's current Small portrait. I clicked File/Save all and closed ff. when I opened mugen the color was all inverted. Why did this happen! how do I fix it? did I do something wrong??

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to install custom lifebar portraits for V-Tech lifebars these ones: 
I was trying to install this custom portrait that was included with the lifebars: 
I even added color palettes and converted it to a pcx file, this is how the final product looked (after I put the PCX into Ryu's SFF file): 
but then when I loaded it into Mugen it still looked like this: 
IDK what to do can anyone help me?, does anyone know how to fix this?

cool idea.this would be better if there were plenty of other categories tho.then you could add your own or mix and match them to your own preference.
There is, download the original screenpack and then you'll see. Yes, don't use quotes for the width and height and you're supposed to replace the text I put in between the image tags, not include them.
