seriously I feel like a complete idiot here.
EDIT: It works, however it shows everything like its 1280 X 720 in a 640,480 size + the motif is mugen 1.1 standard.
I did that. thing is I still get the same error.

He's not saying to change it, but to add additional commands with F,D,DF,F and F,D,F that make it possible to perform it too.
On my end, F,D,DF usually works fine.
However, I agree with Jango that you NEED to put a readme inside to state what changes you made, what are the new combos, the new commands, what was updated, the system changes. All I could see at first was Buckus' Dudley with new super portraits, new super BG and new commands for supers (since the ones from the readme didn't work).

As for the commands, it's an edit which means nothing is going to be exactly how you want it b/c it's an edited characterHe's not saying to change the command, he's only recommending making it easier to perform.
The f d df command is and always will be a shoryuken command just like in every other game
Take your time. and make sure you go back and check and see if you have the same issues in your other SVK inspired stuff that I listed in Dudley.

Ok man here's my feedback
-On all the supermoves, I can hear no supermove sound like when the super spark comes up
-some of his Foward+punch and etc are missing hit sparks
- You still have buckus old hitsounds in, you need to change them to what me or infinite had in the other SVK characters
-His D,DF,F, rapid punch shouldn't knock his opponent away until after the last hit atleast.
-No super jump sound
-No DM (Level 3 hyper move when his life is low)
That is all I have found so far man. Knock those out and he's on his way man. Might I suggest some new supers maybe?
