Been awhile since I've started up a new thread and all, but I feel my sound is exactly where it's supposed to be.

As far as my most recent projects go, I've teamed up with Beximus to bring you an alternate soundtrack remixed in CPS2.

Well, if you'd like some workout advice Reck just do pushups for a little body building;

Diamond pushups build the inner chest, regular pushups build chest in general, and wide-armed pushups touch the lats and chest simultaneously.

For arms, I have two 30 lb. dumbells to curl with, and also for tricep extensions.
I also do front raises to build my shoulders.

Squats are the best for legs; works quads and hamstrings.

Calf raises, or calf raises with ankle weights build calves like you're smuggling footballs (lol)

Protein would do you well too; we're ectomorphs so we have to eat more calories than we burn.

Indeed; that's the ongoing trend now with U.S. women. They're too "material" with ass-backwards morals and values.  Some are lessons while others are looking at you like you're an ATM receipt. "Being good" isn't easy...and it's only harder when we don't assess every situation properly.  She really wanted Syn to "act out of character", but it backfired. Even the "guilt trip" had no effect, and I'm pretty sure that shocked her too.  She was angry and insecure because she "knew" what she was doing to you. When you know your self-worth, people are only capable of surprising you...eventually they'll understand what they've missed out on.

I can feel ALL of the emotion in this thread....just know we're all happy for you SyN.
