I'll say a few things...
1. I'm working on "multiple" characters at a time. At any given time I can change up the priority, or rather when I get stuck on one thing I take a break and work on someone else. Yun's Ultra and Genei-jin for example. He is my main focus I want to get him specifically how I want him so he will def be last. In my opinion its a good deal that just means I will always be working on a character.. I don't know if you guys know of my ikemen board, but I'm mainly making characters so I can add them to it as well as the cvs3 project. Eventually all will be pots style. Someone! Cs Ibuki and Alex!! P.S "Kojiro Badness if you read this.... I need that Makoto in my life..."
2. Life. Some days I just don't feel like working or dealing with mugen which can be often lol.
3. Main thing. There is only one person who tests my characters for me whom is also a creator. "My preference". Whenever they have the time is when you will hear news about it. They also have priorities so I feel like asking me when or giving me a deadline is rushing them to get something done for me. Just know that once you see me working on another character that usually means..
A.I'm done with it. "beta phase" Just have to go back and clean up everything clsn, bugs, add missing super, etc.
B.I am stuck on something and procrastinate until I realize I know what I'm doing wrong.
It's rarely B. though all I can say is you just have to patient when its out you'll know.

Have you ever thought of making a full stage type thing? Basically like this below. Where it works as if it were a real beat em up.

I have three different uploads.. One singlelink from dropbox, one single link for mediafire. The two parts link is for peeps with slower connections(Someone requested it). I don't see what the big deal is when all you have to do is change the extension and or merge them. All links will be on first post

I purposely did that... Use hjsplit or any other program to combine them. On first post...
Even if you don't use hjsplit just renaming it (erasing the "001") and putting it in the same folder it'll work..
