Perfect. Sadistic 18 is one of my favorite moves but yeah I get it. Sounds more like Namekian Era Vegeta.

The anime\manga wasn't consistent on movesets.

Remember how Goku could read someones' memories by touching their forehead....like ONCE. I'm loving ALL of this. It's Balth and Cy's characters. If the explosions and moves are bugging people that much then maybe they should make their own.

Screw the haters, Sean, Snake is great as he should be and shouldn't be nerfed, only as Niko said, he needs his basic punch-punch-kick combo. You making other MG chars would be badass. And yeah Mr X is easier to punish (that 100 health change must be bigger than expected lol)
Grey Fox and . . . . .uh. . . .can't think of anyone I'd really like. . . . MAYBE Liquid just so there can be glorious "SNAAAAAKE!" "LIQUID" lines thrown every other punch. And the "FOX!" "Die...." Line HA! Or maybe do Old Big Boss and make him a counter happy asshole. He'd be Geese in a Trenchcoat.

Yeah I think the Lynn issue was with Ryu so that's that.
Jin S, yeah I'm pretty sure it's his general damage output. I was getting like 25%+ taken away just from his downward diagonal tornado spin kick.
Mr. X is the same version? Huh....that's really odd. He just seemed to be getting his ass handed too him too quickly.
Oooooh fully detailed backstory to explain why Superman isn't too OP? Simple and I love it.
Yeah I'm waiting to be able to pick up some new equipment for my laptop, namely gamepad and a working mouse, but if you ever need any ideas or help with your characters, let me know. All I do all day is think of cool things that could be added to make characters better, or just amazing characters in general and I have no way to get them out right now until I start getting my money flowing into my wallet again.

I'd love to include this Jin in the next CvTW beta. No rush though, it would just be cool. I love Jin's T4 outfit and the sprites you made for him, but it will make him the more iconic Jin and probably be better for the overall "The World" feel, if that makes sense.
