Maybe put some tiny sparks around him, or make an attack where he draws in the electricity for power.

Also, if he gets zapped, put in the sound where you get hit by an attack that's not very effective against you.

By the way, what sprites are you using?

I'm a 12 year old who just got MUGEN this year, so I'm still quite new to the game. I've had it since April, and now I've learnt more than the basics of playing the game.

And actually, I'm not fucking with you (I was wondering if you could swear on this forum), but I make a post, someone goes hostile, and that's where it starts. I made my alternative account because I thought that I would get banned for disagreeing with Koldskool's request rule "Do it yourself".

Going off topic for a brief moment, I hate the way you said "Deal with it" in your ReadMe with a fucking annoying smiley about the fact that you can't play as the Giratina you made. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you did make a Giratina, right?

This is ridiculous!
MUGEN is very niche! You don't go looking for MUGEN having played VF, Tekken or Sonic!!
The games you listed and MUGEN aren't really compatible, if you said something like King of Fighters then possibly.
Even then though, you would have still have heard of Ryu.
You would be hard pressed to find anyone anywhere who has played a fighting game and has not herd of Ryu. Maybe if the person is under 10 years old.
That is the equivelent of me signing up to a Donnie Yen forum and saying I haven't heard of Bruce Lee!!  --;
If you look around this is a forum dedicated to (for the most part) 2D beat um up's, with Street fighter being the main one.  :ninja:


The reason I got MUGEN is that you can put characters from other franchises in it. And I have heard of Ryu, but I do not know anything about Street Fighter. Hearing about things does not make you know about it.

And if this a forum dedicated to 2D beat em up's, why is this called "MUGEN Fighters Guild" when there are more than 2D fighting game characters available for it?

Yeah, I've played Tekken: Dark Ressurection. That's pretty much the only game I own that is all about fighting.

Do you have any characters that are overpowered in a stupid way?

I have some that are ridiculous. I have a Rayquaza and it has a blue-beam attack that dosen't even belong to him. What the hell? Also, if you get hit by it, your dead.



I saw a picture of a Street Fighter character performing this move, I think it belongs to that guy with the red band on his head and the white-tattered clothes? I heard his name was Ryu or something...


So, do you have any overpowered characters? Post screenshots if you like.

How the hell did you know? If you looked at my IP, it was dyanamic. Also, you can't ban me because you deeply hate secondary accounts, it has to be in the rules, plus other mods have to agree.

No. People don’t have the skill to do it themselves, and learning is fucking harder than doing it. The main reason people request in the first place is because they want a character who was made by an author whose skills are better than theirs. If they were skilled enough to make a good enough character, they would make it themselves if they coulden’t find one that’s already there. Also, if this is a board where people ask for characters to be linked to them, this should be called the “Looking For” board.

The last game I finished was Sonic Adventure DX for the PC.

I loved it. At first I wondered "Is the Dreamcast version better than this?". My answer: No. Improved graphics, new features, and being moddable. That's the key thing, and that's what will keep me playing this game.

I hear it's possible for characters to have their own music when you face them. For example, I'm trying to put the boss theme from Sonic 2 onto the Dr. Robotnik character. It tells you how to do it in select.def, but the problem is, it dosen't work. Am I doing something wrong? My version is 1.0.
