They play like KOF. Only the sprites are changed.

The sprites are by Dampir but they are .sff patches which you must locate the character's for it, they are both by actjapan I believe, and afterwards all you need to do is apply Dampir's .sff file to the original character.

So do actjapans characters play like cvs? Or do they just play like in Kof?
