starfire and havok problems

when Starfire (by HyperCombinationFinish) got hit, she would fly off the screen, unplayable. 
havok (by rehap&comedy) works fine in a folder, but if i zipped it, it doesn't work anymore.

Anybody have a working ken by Reza?  The one I downloaded online is very buggy.

I check both of these (new lines and no zipped folder with char name) already and it work for most other characters.

i have a lot of characters that i want to be zipped to save space and they all work unzipped.  Most of them work okay after zipped.  a few of them, mugen says can't load act and def.  Is there a tool i can use to fix it or where is the problem coming from?
