I was thinking that his throw will be his tentacles: one for the squeezing attack, and the other for his signature static stare thingy.
If it's Tom & Jerry, Tom will do most of the punches and kicks while Jerry, riding on Tom's head, may use weapons and projectiles.

As for cheap, who knows.

I know I have been making one with original character Agent Blonde... but, I seem to want to try out something different now.
But I came up with four characters right now who could be made for MUGEN:
-Kim Possible
-Oggy (Oggy and the Cockroaches)
-Slenderman
-Tom & Jerry
And I can't seem to decide, so, I'll be making this poll to help me with the decision.
GO.
Once a week passes, I'll see who has the highest so I can start.

It's not done yet, but, as you will see, it's based on the first level of the game.
I still need to add more elements on the stage, though. Such as the crates and levers, for example. And maybe more treadmills...
