Ok i found this and i think its really good for the price it dell precision 490 its the same price as the other one here are the specs :

Hi everyone i wan't to change the mugen.exe icon this: to my own icon i had a look on internet it said you open the properties of youre file and there should be a thing like icon or something but when i open  properties its just info about the program nothing else.

Sir, your right about the second number its running the same as 9500 GT  :S but i have an idea if i buy this computer i would just sell the GT520 card and buy and install a good one cuz the other computer are like 2gb ram and thats crap same as the computer ive got would this work and what is the most important thing to run games in good graphics like is the processor more important or the ram

EDIT and is building a computer cheaper than getting a prebuilt one .

Sir, well GT520 1GB graphic card is nvidia geforce ive heard that AMD processors are slow and have problems with them anyway the thing is that i don't want to spend more than 250£ and get a computer that runs games in medium settings the problem with the computer i have now is that it won't run any good games it won't even run minecraft cuz of the intel graphics card i got this computer last Christmas and its the biggest piece of crap evar and i had to spend the money i got on Christmas for this the person who sold it said that its a gaming computer and it has 1 year guarantee i asked for a refund because it can't play gta 4 on lowest setting without lagging but he just didin't do anything about it any way my old computer in the country i was born is much better i think it has geforce 9800 or something 4gb ram 300gb mem and the dvd drive etc anyway i don't think that computer is really bad i think you could run games like gta 4 mw2 on medium settings but would it play it on 1680x1050 res cuz thats my monitor size any way i searched the graphics card name and i saw some game plays on it most of them had 4gb rom and other stuff almost the same as on the computer here is some gameplays :

i think i will just buy this one cuz its the best one for the amount i would pay 199.00£ +15.00£ delivery . which would be 338$ in total

Hi everyone i was looking for a new computer cuz my old one is running really really slowwww :computer::whip: i found one for a good price 200£ will it play games like GTAIV,MineCraft and other new games and is it worth 200£ its got :
>4GB RAM
>GT520 1GB graphic card in description it says it will play all of the latest games.
>Dual core processor at 3.4ghz twice the power don't get is it that it 3.4ghz x2 or is just powerfull.
>400GB Memory
>DVD/RW CD/RW
>AVG 2012 with free lifetime updates

tell me if this is crap or old and if you found a computer better than this for the same or lower price or a price not going over 250£

abls1 you could edit the eve battle sorted version i think it has 19 categories  just change the sprites if its possible but ask for permission or give credit to DJ-VAN

Try to include images when you post a problem it makes things easier for people to understand your problem i don't actually know the what to change in the .def of your LifeBars but if they are to big then the easy thing to do is get a 1280x720 screenpack because they probably weren't made for 640x480 or try to find similar LifeBars for   640x480 the hard way not unless you understand the codes is to scale it down and stuff  :-\
