Who made the best Heart Aino in terms of AI and Gameplay?
Accurate = Ina.
Custom = Ryun.
Thanks and about Ina's Heart, I heard you can set her Ai from lvl 1 - 8 so how to set it?

None of these chars should crash MUGEN.
Neat's Nu-13 only causes incredible lag on old PCs.
Do you get any error messages when MUGEN crashes?
Error message: Can't load Nu-13.sff
Error loading chars/Nu-13/Nu-13.def
Error loading p2
Its either this or Devilpp's chars sff files

These by devilpp.
Speedy's chars may be awesome, too, but they use localcoords, so I cannot give real feedback about them.
However, I can already tell that devilpp's Ragna and Hazama and that Noel made by Shaquito and devilpp are topnotch.
What's even better: boryema is currently updating Jeff Loco's Ragna and Hakumen to make them...uhm...suck less.

While I don't like it, how hard the AI is, I'm still very fond of Neat's Nu-13.
However, you may need a strong PC to enjoy that graphical masterpiece.
I tested Neat's character and your right its a materpiece sadly I dont think my pc can handle Neat and Devilpp's characters(My mugen crashed).
Is there any alternative(2nd best) for Blazblue characters?
About Speedy's chars, They only use 1280x720 resolution.

When I try to dl the ports using the option button in photobucket button it says "Sorry. This person moved or deleted the image". Also the Dante there is his DMC4 ver.
