just extract 001 and voila the character is there naw no need to extract 002
Finally. Thank you very much for this help. Now I can finally use the MBAACC ones.

Worked fine for me. You need to DL the two parts of the archive, obviously, and then use either :
- A program like HJSplit to create a single file and then do the extraction.
- Use 7zip and choose "extract".
I recall WinRAR could have some problems with this type of files from time to time.
This is probably the best method to go.
I splitted the second part with HJSplit, so I turned it into a .001 file. When I tried to convert it, it converted into .7z file, so I got MBAAver.A.7z file. I tried to convert this one, but it couldn't convert it anymore. I hate this error. Now I can only dream about having MBAACC versions of 9's MB characters. Why? I swear. I tried everything you recommended me to.

Did you DL both parts?
Yes. I did. I even deleted the older ones from "chars" folder, then copied the recent ones to this folder.
I was using a screenpack with localcoord 320x240, but it didn't work, but I am still not sure, if it works with localcoord 640x480 screenpack.
