It was in a forum, he posted all the gifs you uploaded and claimed it was his original character. I think it wasn't a Mugen forum and was it last year? Two years ago?

Also, reading the topic, I can get why he acted like this. He had gotten muted, censored, chased, banned and insulted only for giving his opinion.
I haven't seen the video (it's not available) but I bet it had a sarcastic title (that's a part of the joke) and real actual feedback that you should have followed to make the character better.
Then some white knights came here and acted like you are doing now. And they were ridiculed.

I repeat, no one cared about this topic.

Let's put it like this:
you were free from all of this flame-war stuff, no one thought about you as Zox = this topic; three years have passed, that's quite a lot of time; are you following me?
Yet you wanted to bring this up again. Hence bringing all negative attention to yourself. I still can't understand why you did that.

In the PM I sent you, I told you to leave the past in the past. To forget about this and move on. We're close to 2015 and you bring up a topic about 2011 only to start another flame war. That doesn't sound right.

The sprite update was already done. That happened when the character was called akfgz_beta test. She received new moves and some fixes (some infinites that were easy to pull off in the beta test version aren't now possible). Perhaps you remember the other older version by S.Y.D (the one DivineWolf used for his character).

Also those are Kamehamehas. She has two versions, one light version and the Chou version.
The author added a new intro (DBZ style) for her for the Arcade. It's different from the other one in the beta test version/older version.

Those are AIs plus a txt file. There is another folder where there are the character files with another txt file.

A lot of people in this topic brought up some good points about the administration of an old forum (CvG United that is now dead and reborn as CrusaderCast), you can't deny that.
There's always the hope that the forum members' behaviour changed in 3 years.

Just looking at her sprites, I can see she has new intros, a Kamehameha like supermove, one of Fei Long supermoves (not specials), new sprites for parry.

I would have continued with the other style of shading if I were you and expanded it more.



For the arm and hand, look at the last one in the first row, that's how I would've done those. Then I continued editing, but that's just for me. I haven't finished editing yet.
I gave him a neck for personal preference and edited the legs, but in the last edits. :P

Try to work with flats + outlines, then shade from there. Keep the shading as simple as possible.
For how I see it you rescaled a render and coloured on top of it.
