I download char have CPU mode when i activate this mode the char made a lot of moves
how can i know how to made the move when i play with char i hope i'm clear

Dear
thanks for support i move the char and the mugen .exe file but its give me the error the program can't start because libresample.dll is missing from your computer please reinstalling the program to fix this problem
