@SilverSkin
if you can't distinct between unique visitors and registered users, then you shouldn't have left school at 11 and not expect some backlash on your education
I know what it means and it's not what i meant. I meant you are bringing up fancy numbers for your site when it's pretty empty compared to others

has over 15K unique visitors and it is still ever growing. You really believe I came this far thanks to your decaying guild?
Wow so many users

Where are all my ads here for the past 2 years? I barely ever come here anymore.
Yeah you just came for advertising your site right?
The guild isn't what it used to be, it's decaying fast and I am just one of the numerous users who removed this site from their bookmarks.

I just figured how to center the screen (if that's what you mean).
layer0.offset = x, y
add "-30" or "-60" to the y axis to every scene the intro has. if it already has subtract 30 or 60
-30 for 320,180 localcoord and -60 for 640,360 localcoord.

Well... why didn't you say so? Now you only need to change the localcoord to a value that makes the intro zoomed in (320,180 or 640,360 idk how to move the y axis). Or you can crop all the sprites... no pressure  >:D.
There is no other way
See ya

I just downloaded the char and opened it with ff3 which told me a lot of sprites were missing ,groups 5000,5001,5002,5010 etc  (i don't know much about characters) click the round red x button in the status bar or whatever it's called and you'll see

Does it at least work without running mugen with FF3?

Have you tried using mugen with 640x480? 1280 is the double of 640 witch makes your character doubling in size normal so i guess the size related to the screen/window is normal no matter the resolution. So does it look normal when you run mugen at 640x480?
Quote
Code:
[Size]
xscale = 1
yscale = 1
Char gets so big! To the top of screen!
Maybe you have some other scale code in another place but i doubt that

well tryed all that and the vid is displayed in 320x240 but i want this 2 fit on a mugen hd screenpack so is there any other ideas or is the vid aint goin 2 work 4 hd screenpack
How is it that it doesn't fit? Do you want the intro to be hd as in 16:9 for 16:9 but the intro itself is 4:3?
btw I can't download anything this month so i can't help you any better than this

Does your character works when you run mugen normally? If not your FF3 options are wrong.
So go to options(Ctrl+K)>General>Add or Edit and change the parameter to "current char vs current char"

I guess the sprite size is not 1280x720.
You have to open that sff with fighter factory and see how many pixels a sprite has(as i said before) (this is usually useful when it's a full motion video with almost no coding).
Anyway if the video is 4:3 try 320,240 or 640,480
if it is hd try 320,180 ; 640,360
if the localcoord parameter is not present defaults to 320x240
Code:
[Info]
localcoord = 320,240   ;This storyboard is made for a 320x240 size screen

IMO his account could be deleted because he has like 7 posts but it's not a good idea because others might request deletion as well

Add
Code:
[Info]
localcoord = xxx,yyy
where x and y values are equal to the size of the sprites in the sff

Me neither :P. Maybe it's the minimum pixel requirement or need to have a difference (in size or the x and y axis i guess) of around 524 pixels between the big and win portraits. Anyway you should try and test this so you can see the mistakes and correct them.

Almost all of them works with both resolutions so don't worry if there is any that doesn't work it will say so in it's readme file

If you put it that way then it doesn't matter what resolution you use as long as the characters and stages you use are compatible with said resolution.
640x480(4:3) looks blurrier while 1280x720(16:9) looks sharper, this also depends on your tv aspect ratio
Personally i use 1280x720 but i would go for 640x480

Steps:
Replace/copy paste the layer/pic (Ctrl+L) where the portrait is with your pic
Merge the layers (right click any layer>Merge Visible Layers)
Index the whole thing (Image>Mode>Indexed) and export it to png or pcx then add it to the sff.
Now if you can't add the pic to the psd just drag and drop your pic.png (or whatever extension it has) to the template and remove the other portrait (if there's any).
i don't have that template and i can't have it right now because of my already reached limit internet

People use 640x480 because it lags less and looks better for non-hd stuff. The lag won't be a major problem for mugen 1.1 even with HD resolution

I'm confused, first you say it doesn't fit but it woks then you say it doesn't work.
If it doesn't fit crop the pic or scale it down. If it doesn't work at all i dunno, did you index it?
