Really nice character, it's good for a beta. Here's a small feedback:
-Small portrait size is too big, 25x25 for default. Same for the big portrait and it's size is 120x140.
-The intro sound continues even if it is skipped. Add a stopsnd sctrl with a suitable trigger to stop it.
-The back dash fx is floating in air, it should be at the ground level.
-The C - TORA GARI attack can be spammed.
-Specials should take power depending on the damage they do.
-A and C basic attacks in the air can be spammed three or four time which looks like he's floating in the air.

Dude you are kind of confusing but if you are trying to apply the same palette to multiple images then you should use fighter factory classic cause it has the option to do so. I don't know if FF3 can do that necause I don't use it but FF Classic will do the trick.

I'm not trying to convert multiple pictures to the same type, I'm trying to apply the same palette/color map to multiple different images. I appreciate you trying to help, but that's not what I was asking for.

You can do it with fighter factory, there is an option to apply same palette to multiple images at a time.

@N-Mario: Gameover screen isn't coded into the engine, it's just like a simple storyboard which can have sounds and things but to my knowledge congratulations screen is the opposite of it (it's coded in the engine).
Yeah, the character plays the default win state sound at the congratulations screen so you can have some kind of trigger to play another sound after all the arcade matches are over.
