It's definitely a palette problem and 9000,0 sprite (small portrait by default) shares the palette with the character in mugen 1.0 sff. Just apply the palette to your small portrait with photoshop or any other program. Then delete the old 9000,0 sprite and add a new small portrait sprite with the same group and index number (9000,0). Now check if it works in mugen. I had the same problem and I was able to fix it in this manner but sadly it will be screwed up again if you mess with the sff and you will have to repeat the same procedure again.

If it doesn't work for you then you can open the system.def, then find this line (portrait.spr = 9000,0) and change it to 9000,2 (as 9000,1 is used for big ports). This will make mugen to read the small portrait from 9000,2 sprite number which doesn't share palette automatically. Just add the small portrait with 9000,2 sprite number in your character and it will work.
Note: You can also use 9000,3 sprite number for the small portrait if 9000,2 has been used for something else.

I haven't tried most of the stages but I noticed that you gave spaces in the names. For example replace The Valley of the End.def with The_Valley_of_the_End.def, replace the spaces with any sign or something that you like but don't give spaces is the def and sff names. Really nice stages, keep up the good work.

I like how she plays and it's pretty funny. I don't have much feedback but all the car supers give power back, is that intentional? cause the others don't.

I started googling for DBZ games for pc in 2010 and I stumbled upon mugen, I didn't pay attention to that cause I didn't knew what it was. I just downloaded dbz games and played them and I liked them. Then in March 2012 I searched for more mugen games and stumbled upon mugen forums and that's where it all started.

Hey guys, it's been a while. I was working on a naruto screenpack and it took too much time but I think it was worth it. So here I present you my screenpack which is kind of accurate to Naruto Shippuden Clash Of Ninja Revolution 3 wii game, I ripped all the stuff from that game using the dolphin emulator. The sounds are accurate to the source.
The screenpack includes two version of select screens, one is having 40 slots and the other one is having 112 slots. There is an intro present in the screenpack which you have to install on your own if you want to have it.
Please read the Readme to get used to the screenpack or you wouldn't be knowing all the feature of it. You can also make custom portaits, I have included templates for them. There is also a set of portraits included which are ripped from the game. Click the spoiler for screenshots.

If you are talking about storyboards like logo.def or intro.def then yeah, you can make different scenes like scene 1, scene 2 and so on.
