Cool :) . I'm not a specialist but I think Birdie's sprites are misaligned :

 



- "Bull Horn" can't be function on ex-move cause you have to tape on 2 kicks or 2 punch to perform in ( seen on your readme)

- "Bull Angry" has the same problem on alignement or collisions, it's hard to touch your opponent with this attack :



For Gen, even if I choose a pack of specific Level's 3, he can perform all the 4 super level 3...

Gen by Varo Hades. He uses the same base's portrait than Descolor's one, but with a color separation ;)

Palette author's is Chosis (found on zero-sennin's king thread). I think it suits to your king ;). Palette selector is not really Pots'ish according to me...
