This is an excellent Terry.

The only problem that I found so far is that you cannot defeat an opponent with the Rising Force. The opponent will act as if they have 1% of their life after the move.

Other than that, you did a great job.

Hibiki looks decent so far.

The suggestion that I would make is to take away the "YA!" sound effects when she sheathes her sword after her Distance Slash special move. In Capcom vs SNK 2, Hibiki only shouts when she pulls out her sword to create the slash effect. In fact, the "YA!" sound effect is used for the HP version of the Distance Slash.

Yun's Genei Jin has green afterimages following him. Also, it does not stop when he is attacked by the opponent. And given how small the super bar was in the Street Fighter 3 series, I would say that it is a Level 1 only super move.

Rose had a similar scenario in Street Fighter Alpha 2 as she had the Soul Illusion super move and could still perform Custom Combos. So I would say that Yun should have both moves as they are very similar to each other but they have different priorities.

Alright I need your help guys... Can I get some pots style font for these supers??
1st set I need
"You-hou"
"Sourai-Rengeki"
"Genei-jin"
"Raijin-Mahken"
I think you forgot his "Hiten Souryuu-Jin."

Ah snaps someone knows King like me? haha. It's just her surprise rose super just added "phantom" to it hence it the original games "surprise rose" was a super move later made into a special.
I had an idea that it was that move but I always knew it as Surprise Rose in both the Art of Fighting and King of Fighters series. "Phantom Rose" is a great way to differentiate it from the regular special move.

I know about those Hibiki. I meant in this pots style or whatever I should call it. I'm really steering more to characters that have color separation that's why I like the sprites I have because she can easily get cvs colored sprites. I'll compile the two sets and see which I like better
I do not believe that anyone has created a Hibiki in that style. So feel free to do your own.

Just a lil update of some things I did recently.. Made some changes here and there. Added some thangs. First look at her level 3 "Venom Shot". "Still working on it". Phantom Rose is next.. Then finally Secret Mirage (Her best move in any game have to have it).. I've learned a lot since I started, though I still have a lot to work on so you can expect plenty noob errors. I do plan to use those as experience.
What move is that one?

I know of her Venom Shot and Secret Mirage but I do not recall King having a move called "Phantom Rose."

Uhmmm. I don't know man. Seiou Zan was a LV3 Super on CvS2. I think the movement should remain as such. Sorry :(
No worries. It seemed like a more powerful super move to me hence why I made the suggestion.

And it's actually the other way around in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum in that the Seiou Zan is a Level 1 super move while the Tenha: Fujin Zan is a Level 2 super move.

In regards to his movelist, Haohmaru's version of the Issen seems more like a Level 3 super move to me.

A move like that is generally seen a character's most powerful move, especially when the background changes as it did in Haohmaru's version. And in the Samurai Shodown series, it's quite strong as well.

I would have had his Tenha: Seiou Zan as a Level 2 only move while making his Issen his Level 3 super move.

This is an excellent Haohmaru.

I liked how you incorporated the air version of his Senpuu Retsu Zan from Samurai Shodown 3 into his movelist. All he is missing is his air version of the Resshin Zan.

The only thing that seems different is his standing HP. He does not have the dramatic pause effect from Capcom vs. SNK 2. Was this intentional?

Other than that, it's an excellent conversion. Well done.

It's a solid beta. This is what I found.

* The regular Power Charge's command is actually B, DB, D, DF, F + Kick instead of the DB, F + Punch that you listed in the Readme. And I cannot use the 3 hit version.
* The EX version of the Power Wave causes the opponent to bounce against the wall in an odd fashion.

In terms of moves, what about his Power Stream? You thought about giving Terry that super move?

Good job so far.

I think hes talking about the super where he grabs his hand charges the lightning and goes thru the opponent leaving a trail of lightning nd the opponent behind him i think warusaki3 or byakko has it. It is a pretty cool move
That is actually 1 of Benimaru's regular super moves from the CvS series. It's the Denei Spark.

In regards to his HSDM from KOF 2002, perhaps you could change it to a Level 1 super move instead of having it use 3 levels.

The Patriot Circle part of Rolento's Patriot Sweeper should be sped up. It's much slower than the regular version.

If anyone needs the animation of that axe-kick in single sprite format, just let me know, and I'll send it to you. I'm not 100% on how to take sprites from a gif myself, so I can understand that.
Open the gif using a program called Irfanview. When you click on the "Options" tab, there will be a suggestion called "Extract all frames". Set the area that you want the frames to be extracted and you will then have all the frames from the gif.

Robert's Muei Shippu Juudankyaku has a very noticeable delay upon the initial kicks being successful. After the 5th hit, Robert pauses for a bit before continuing.

Other than that, this is a very decent character.

This Robert is definitely showing promise.

I looked at the latest video and saw that he did not have his Ryuuga special move. Was that intentional?

The EX version of the Hien Shippukyaku does less damage than the regular version.

And the EX version of the Kyokugenryu Renbuken does the same damage as the HP version.

For Ryo's Tenchi Haou Ken, is it going to be the regular one or will it have an effect in the same fashion as his Neo Max?

As she is my favourite KOF character, I can safely say that this Athena is a keeper.

These are the touch-ups you could give to her.

* She does not move forward or backward as fluidly as other characters. Maybe you could adjust her speed a little.

* The timing for her Neo Psycho Medley command could be slightly improved, especially for the MP, MK, HP, HK input. Other characters such as Rock Howard and Hibiki Takane have the same type of command super move and the timing was a little easier for the inputs.

* Hero did a unique version of her EX Psycho Sword in that another Athena which was created out of her Psycho Energy would also use her Psycho Sword on the opposite of her opponent. Think of it like Morrigan performing her Astral Vision and then using her Shadow Blade special move. Will you implement that version in an update?

Overall, she is a very solid character.

Those are some excellent palettes. My favourite ones are these 4.

Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

Athena seems to be progressing excellently based on the video.

In regards to her Psycho Sword, Hero did a very unique version of that move for the EX version. Will you use that one or you will keep it the way it was in the video?

To everyone else, how did you create your palettes along with your displays?
