Aye, I was thinking of his New Generation/2nd Impact ending, the one where his son punches him in the groin.

A decent Ken so far.

Do you want to include his ending with the final release?

Because I can do that for you.

Now seems nice the Hadou pal.

Will Shinryuken lvl 3 will have Ken with his body in flames or with the normal clothes?
Ken will still be wearing clothes during the Lv3 Shinryuken; he isn't going to be naked. :P

There will be fire effects too. I don't know where I'll get them right now, but I'll find something.

[size=2pt]Or make one of you guys do it.[/size]

You can use the fire effects that Ken has from his Shinryuken in the VS. series.

All you will have to do is take away the horizontal beam.

Will this Ken also have multiple super portraits as well?

Also, I can do the original CvS palettes for Ken once there is a sprite.

There's nothing wrong with merely calling the move "Kuzuryu Reppa". After all, both Ken and Violent Ken share that move and other special moves. It's just that Violent Ken's own isn't his most powerful move.

Akuma's most powerful move in CvS2 was the Shun Goku Satsu but that became secondary to Shin Akuma's Misogi. And both Akumas still shared the same move.

The SF4 Ultra is basically the Kuzuryu Reppa from the EX series under a different name. So, even though Violent Ken's own is slightly different, they both share the same move.

Well, there's his Meteor Combo from the EX series, Kuzuryu Reppa.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxvFFY_zOIU

It's somewhat similar to Ken's SSF4 Ultra 1 so I suppose you could use that move instead of Shinryuken.

Also, tentative movelists:

Code:
<NORMAL>

.Inazuma Kakato Wari F + b
.Ushiro Mawashi Geri F + c
.Seoi Nage: F/B + 2p (near opponent)
.Hiza Geri: F/B + 2p (near opponent)
.Jigoku Gurama:                F/B + 2k (near opponent)
.Jigoku Huusha: F/B + 2k (Air, near opponent)

<SPECIAL>

.Hadoken (EX):          D, DF, F, p
.Shoryuken (EX): F, D, DF, p
.Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (EX): D, DB, B, k
.Kuuchuu Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (EX): D, DB, B, k (Air)
.Ryusenkyaku (EX): B, D, DB, k
.Nata Otosi Geri:          D, DF, F, a
.Kama Harai Geri:          D, DF, F, b
.Osoto Mawashi Geri: D, DF, F, c
    .Inazuma Kakato Wari:        hold k (after any Geri move)
.EX Geri (EX Only)         D, DF, F, 2k
.Zenpou Tenshi: D, DB, B, p

<SUPER>

.Shoryureppa (MAX):              D, DF, F, D, DF, F, P
.Shinryuken: D, DF, F, D, DF, F, k
.Shippu Jinraikyaku (MAX): D, DB, B, D, DB, B, k

<LV3 SUPER>

.SFIV Shinryuken: D, DF, F, D, DF, F, 2k
I need a better name for the EX geri kick and the SFIV Shinryuken. Also, I'm considering replacing Seoi Nage (shoulder throw) with Hiza Geri (throw where he kicks you a bunch of times).

You should probably make the Shinryuken a Level 3 only move as it's the SF4 Ultra version that you are doing.

I know what the problem is with Chun-Li's Hosenka.

There is a state in Chun-Li's Hosenka called [State 3400, Unguardable].

Set the type to null;Varset and the problem's solved.

I think it's something that was changed in this update.

I say this because I still have the previous Chun Li in my list and you can block the entire Hosenka animation.

The first attack in Chun-Li's Hosenka, the dashing kick, is unblockable.

Other than that, an impressive job done.

Seriously, does anyone know who made these sprites?

Not sure if they did them but I know that the CvS2 Chun-Li by J. Lee used those sprites for the same attack.

Sure, no problem. I'll finish them and send them later.

Also, Chun-Li does not have any super shadows for either of her Hazan Tenshokyaku super moves.

Although everyone here has created their own palettes, I've discovered that this Chun-Li doesn't have the original CvS2 palettes.

If you'd like, I can send those to you.

That's a very good wind effect, Hoshi. Do you plan on making it a blue variation? Because it seems to go with Chun-Li's moves.
It's not blue in SFIV. :P

OK, there are some blue particles and stuff, but that's from the Kikoken Chun-Li blasts in the ground to launch herself in the air. And since I couldn't really reproduce that motion, I just have her jump into the air. So no fancy blue particles.

Alright, because I was certain that the whirlwind was blue mixed with silver wind.

Other than the message that I saw, this Chun-Li is quite nice to use.

Not sure how it came about but this message showed after beating the game with Chun-Li.

"Has no 0-TH nearest enemy20292: Warning Player Chun-Li (32) in State 181'

This message showed after beating Ryu by POTS with Chun-Li's Hosenka.

The Hazan Shu is a bit fast. Chun-Li recovers very quickly after performing the move.

lmfao I spent the past 30mins doing the same thing.
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

Yzan, I like the blue version of the whirlwind. It goes perfectly with Chun-Li's moves which have a blue effect surrounding them.

And 2OS, I like the mini tornado in your latest post.

Both effects can be put to good use as Chun-Li's Hosenka in the SF4 series uses a small and tall whirlwind effect.

After observing the wind effects in her Ultra, Goenitz's wind works with Chun-Li's own as they are about the same.
