Should i leave the box there or but it back in its original place because i saw in your toshiro win port that it had pink and green under the box.

just the part on how to apply a palette to a sprite.
 
i did it with one pic and it worked perfectly but when i do it with this happens,how do i get rid of the pink outline?

I had that problem at first too. Just make the background pink or whatever and set that to color 0. I use Photoshop CS6 for the big ports and Gimp for the lifebars and wins cause adobe is too damn confusing :P

@dbdrummer7: Thanks bro! I use Byakuya by Websta. He's got the best one I found. It's here. Maybe...but its screwed up in the dark box thing (its still white :()

I'm new to to gimp/photoshop so i kinda don't know what u mean,set the back ground to pink,how to set it to 0?
