-Kougetsu Zan should have some invul on startup. Starting from his frame after the first attack down. "AnimElemTime(4)<0" for the muteki(NotHitBy) trigger.- Added.
-Sake Kogeki is flagged wrong. It should not be flagged as a standing, hyper projectile(S,HP). It's a physical special with the ability to destroy projectiles. Flag it as it should be(S,SA) and give it a helper that activates during it's active frames that kills projectiles. If you're not sure how to do this, I gave my KFM the ability to do this with his Kung Fu Blow special. You can reference it.
- Fixed and added the projectile barrier based on your Mai's Ryu En Bu.
-Zero Counter Gouha for Rasetsu uses the wrong hitspark, hitsound, and the spark is misaligned.

-Based on Arpa's description of Rasetsu's c.HP, you have it working wrong and animated wrong. It should look like this:
Also, the second hit should ONLY come out on successful first hit. That's how he described it anyway.
- I actually take SSV Special as reference for the move, and doesn't work like that. The second hit is successful always, and it's basically the animation of s.HP.
-Hiougi Tenha: Fujin Zan(MAX) and Hiougi Tenha: Denku Restu Zan(MAX) should not have complete invulnerability throughout the move. Invul on the first attack frame and every frame less than that frame. So AnimElemTime(#)<0 for the muteki trigger. The hashtag represents w/e frame is the elem after the first active(attack) frame. So if the first active frame is the 5th animelem, you'd put "AnimElemTime(6)<0" for the NotHitBy trigger.

- Added invincibility on the startup of Ougi: Kogetsu Zan.
- Sake Kogeki now is flagged right, and has a helper for destroy the projectiles.
- Fixed hitspark, hitsound, and the spark alignment on Rasetsumaru's Punch Zero Counter.
- Reduced invincibility on Hiougi Tenha: Fujin Zan (MAX) and Hiougi Tenha: Denku Restu Zan (MAX).
