Copied or not, the sprite in the picture itself isn't much of good to begin with. It's simply just a fanmade sprite that has part of the same problems as I said before.

Still, you should follow Alex's advice, if you want to get better at it.

From the way I imagine it, these would look completely different from the animatronics or any of the guests that are made into a likely style. Copy 'n pasting things from unlikely games is just... a big no. It would ruin the stage.

Holy fucking shit, that is an amazing animation, certainly a huge improvement over the previous one!

You made it so smooth, and the only problem I can see is that there seems to be a sudden lack of brightening on his left sleeve, in one of the last frames. Still, I can't express how much I love it. Heck, it looks official~

Are you serious? Haven't you noticed that the sprite has a "comic" style?

The "style" of the sprite is of least concern.

The face feels pillow shaded, and the shading is pretty much inconsistent in general. It's like you tried to make SF3 for the arms, and CvS for the clothes. It's kind of a mess

The sprite seems pretty much around CvS style. I'm only bothered that one knee is much higher than the other. I can't remember if it was like that, but I would move one of them down juuust a little. I also think his mouth is a little bit too low.

Still, great sprite, the world needs more Lucky~

Damn, that's pretty awesome. Only thing is that some parts of the upper body have are shaded differently from what the KOF style is about. Mainly the hands, his right arm, and his head. Those parts either feel overdetailed or just not shaded appropriately. There is just too much brightening here and there, and KOF style is somewhat more about shades instead.

I didn't know about the hard drive crash thing. Was that before or after he decided to redesign Cammy? Because I do remember helping him with the stance animation for the redesign last year.



Although I believe I'm getting off topic with this. I did put my votes in there, and I can't decide between Cammy, Cody, and Galford. These are all good choices, to be honest~

I actually really like the way he turns his head, and the animation itself seems to be generally improve. Although it still seems that for the walking motion to feel even, there is indeed the lack of one frame. The lack of frame is around when he turns his head to the right, and is almost looking to our direction. His left arm barely raises and then suddenly goes back, and his right foot lands too suddenly, unlike his left foot. Therefore there needs to be a tween frame at that moment for the walking to feel more naturally smooth.

Also, I noticed his "underwear" is randomly humping forward lol

Regarding NES palettes, I still think he uses a bit of too many colors, specifically the bloody eyes, in my opinion.

Again, in my opinion, if you want to do something scary that is related to Sonic... I really, really suggest that you try going for something more legit. Sonic.exe had been forced into everything ever since it had been made, and it's hardly scary, even compared to average creepypasta content. It's so bad it's not even funny, it's just another blood eyed character. If anything, there is official Sonic content that is far creepier than Sonic.exe, or at least hilariously creepy, such as:



Which also seems far easier to put into a NES palette.
