Yeaaaaaah. I'm trying to figure out what he is saying too.
Perhaps with the DragonBall/Street Fighter IV image he showed up top, maybe he is thinking it's Mugen related and is wondering if these two are actual characters. If this was the case, I'd want Sly Stallone, circa Cobra!! Just_no_point, I'm looking at you.
Seriously though, that is the worst "engrish" I've seen thus far...
Sorry not that.I see some mugen that combine char .But in char folder is empty .How to do that?

I love how posting about pretty cure gets you pretty worked up and makes you have several typos.
