her design and exposition is original, but concept behind it is based on lovecraft novels.

as if my memory serves me correctly in some stories Nyarlathotep was described like totally black amorphous mass (similar to shadow) apearing also like purely "black" guy with a hood, perhaps with black eyes too. and as black maelstrom in other dimension.

so his incarnation in mugen is reference to it.

grrrr, i was so angry on myself, because i couldn't just launch game and prove him how it should work :D

ps 3 buttons commands are my favourite, because it's easy input. ive even configured some mugen chars supers for my own comfort as 3b presses. so yeah i found this keyboard suggestion kind of wierd.
maybe it would be better to change his taunt for 2b and m.d.attack for start (this is original option in sfxt 3b on 1)

That's... not true? All EX Mekong Delta Escape does is make the move completely invincible on the way up towards the wall; there's absolutely no damage boost or anything.
first - this is not a "complain" only feedback, this move simply doesnt work, and please don't say people can't pull your character moves because of crappy keyboard.
I've tested it on madcatz sfxt (new version) fightpad (since im usually playing on pad), then after assuming by other user that issue is my crappy keyboard, tested it on high end razer keyboard, and then just even connected qanba to last try. nope, it doesn't work (in sfxt i pull off these without problems + for example rufus ppp ultras works flawlessly).

second - you are wrong. have you ever tested how it should work, in sfxt at all? i cant do it right now for you, because i have uninstalled game and im too lazy to just reinstall it to test your precious character (and this move isnt included in trials). but if you havent look yet into wiki there is how it should wotk:

your version only drain bar doesnt do anything, not mention follow up attack that doesnt occurs. as it was straight easy to use it for pressure in sfxt there is no usage of yours. so either fix it or remove it completly.

ps i meant spike rod thingy, and im not sure about this one, if it should be infinity repetitive (as far i remember it doesnt work like yours in sfa3 - but it might be different in sfxt).

irl ive friend who is true gay, also hes nazi and a jew (although he keep in discrete, his orientation and origin), because of being part of whole nazi hooligan group. considering himself as national socialist "patriot", but is the same thing. mostly he uses his nazi position to find other gays and be friend with them (under the guise of beating them up). hes hating germano nazis, because he thinks that hitler is traitor of his ideology. i dont care about all of this, as long we share our interests, since he have such a good taste.

so you can see everything is possible. sorry if its confusing, had to confess it.

quick feedback which i already replied in your wip thread:
mekong delta attack: command doesnt work as p+p+p - in mugen it's x+y+z try to code it x+y - y+z - x+z
mekong delta escape: ex version doesnt work like in game - ex version should have higher air speed - also follow up attack (jump off wall) should be too ex - instantly focusing on enemy with also higher air speed/dmg (just like delta air raid follow up)

other than that he seems legit, since i see you fixed fake rod thingy, although i prefered repeative version of it ;p:D

you say so? there is nowhere anything perfectly ported into mugen so far. so i wouldnt judge them by it.  just one thing i must say, ali did, "perfectly". and it's his gaira from ssIII which perfectly emulate game system. can't imagine anyone doing it better than that. since ive played ssIII for few years, going back with memory to arcade times. so you can see my familiarity with the system is pretty damn good, trust me or not, i was REALLY positively suprised about his gaira release.

about misao, i dont know about his other ds chars, but he seems to be focusing anyway most on ssv  enja and suja, with hes doing pretty good job imo. when it comes to ds, i prefer moku felicia for instance, instead of misao.

btw how you can even blame ali for being lazy after posting multiple sss in screenshot thread with his gaira?

awesome for a beta,  he have all the stuff with the ex/extras included.

since rolento is my main in sfxt ive noticed minor things to be fixed, mekong delta attack is pretty hard to execute p+p+p for leap backward barely works, just have to mash the buttons to do ex version of it.
mekong delta escape with ex version have same air speed as normal, also followup attack of it doesnt work as ex version.

thanks for posting it,
not that perfectly as ali chars, but it apear to be most stable ss system wise amakusa in mugen anyway. her system resembles ss V. he seems to  frequently updating his chars so no worry about the clone thing, im sure it's only first version bug.

but more im excited about, are two next his characters, scheduled for this year. seems well get finally decent Galford!!!!!!!, my dream has come true! dunno about Charlotte but Noe version is complete and very good (ss IV), so perhaps misao will go in ss V direction with his charlotte, like he did with amakusa?
