Obito said Naruto would be seventh, and Kakashi sixth.
Makes perfect sense since Kakashi was supposed to replace Tsunade when she was in a comma, and Naruto is still too young IMO. He's just 17, how young was Minato? 20-ish?

Others making K' is not part of the reason I'm quitting, my personal life is most of it.
Let me explain what happened with Chazzanova, I wasn't helping him making K', we were working on it together, we divided the work and shit, maybe he did more than me, yes, but we were in it together, after I finished the Blackout move I sent it to him and he was going to send it to me again after he finished the rest of the FX so I could start on Crow Bites. That was 2 days ago, a few hours ago I PMed him about it and he told me he really wanted to code it himself, even the stuff I was supposed to do, and he already coded almost everything. Maybe I'm making it a big deal, I admit I'm very dramatic, but after months of no motivation at all, I was finally working on the char I wanted, I accepted to team-up with Chazz, and he just dished me out like that.

About K', it's not that I wanted to be the only one to make him, or be the first.
True, it's was a bit annoying for me that suddenly Memo, Shin Mako and R@CE wanted to make K' as well, but what destroyed the project was that Chazzanova and I we're making K' together, I worked for one day on the char, I even made a  KOF XIII and CvS default pal, and after not hearing from him for 2 days, I PM'ed him and he told me that he already coded almost everything, leaving me aside. So...there you go, the K' Chazzanova is making right now, we were supossed to work on him together, but oh well.
Indeed, I can't stop others from making K'.
