Hi, I'd like to make a white character, but the transparency keeps making the character transparent too.
Changing the last color makes the character green or blue and importing a pcx sprite from gimp just makes all the colors messed up.
I tried making the background color any other color but it still just makes the white transparent.
Making the character off-white doesn't help either.
I managed to get the portrait working with no white transparency but can't get the 25x25 portrait or any other frame working.

Does anyone know?
