Noz dont worry about rushing out legacy. Warzone will still be the best screen pack for many years on.On Top of That your portrait  is the most user friend.To be honest you can probrobaly hold off legacy for a few years with no problem.I promise you even then people will still be using Warzone. Right now we need support for Warzone more than anything.Like a hd version or Trailer similar to the eof one or more select select screens and menu arts.Or even a new colour set. Broken Mugen is the only screen pack with similar  quality to yours and people still use today and its like  5 years old.Just food for thought. Btw that eof trailer best mugen trailer so far.

Well they have alot of work ahead. Anyways i fixed the pro it by changing the scaling "par" on every char hyper bg  code on every background animation.Its annoying but now i don't have ugly hypers on characters.I have yet to enjoy this screen pack cus 90% of the time am fixing up stuff which should be first prio before releasing a screen pack.I know its beta but.stuff like this should be patch asap if thats the case.

trust when i say i am never even done i sill have hper bg finishers for 60% of char.

Yep.I love my 1.1 zoom so I fixed it on all chars so far.right now trying to fix it on kof chars with power bar mapping problems.Its annoying because description all in gibberish.
any i should not be going though all off this drana, so they better release a unmole boxed version.Or provide more support cus the interface is horrible to work with so far.

yeah thx bley43.I started myy small ports. just finished my main marvel  rosters.I may up load them when i am down for anyone who likes these small ones etc

one thing.the hyper move bg animation doesnt cover whole screen only half.how to fix. does local cord have anything to do with it.yes I tried lower resolutions and stage fit options.

for now all we have is rng which is nice.etc like putting 10 more of same apoc in order with rare akuma to really make him really rare.

moleboxed - me personally i don't like being limited(or feeling limited) when setting up my mugen. No customization makes me not enjoy it very much and it harder to use.Also mole boxing
is just delaying the inevitable. If someone really wanna steel your stuff they would just crack or hack it.As for keeping opportunist out,the mugen community is small ,if someone were to try steal your stuff they would just be locked out and exile then it serves no purpose. Anyways who would wanna steal mugen font or ideas. Mugen is all about free source.

Anyway  man i love your screen pack but its annoying to use and setup not mention it annoys my anti virus as well.I wont be using it till a more open and less limited version is out.Where I can use vselect to load my characters and stages.the cammy music  is nice ,but i will always wanna put in my own.its a shame because i have to wait a long time and my current mugen game character setup fits your game select and idea perfect.

If you could up load a unmoleboxed version of screen pack  I would appreciate it.If you dont I will understand as well.Gl keep up good work

Marvel vs capcom and snk
right this roster is pair off in
teams, kof style.
here is my current roster.

green line = hidden  bonus characters( shin akumas ,vanage ,s-adel guile.).team reinforcements

red circles =are boss characters and scripted bosses whom would be to imba in the hands  of players due to cns buffs.Like  blackheart for example,hes has extra abilities(blackheart : when he has above 2 bars of power he regen  his hp rapidly.It makes single player more challenging  and more enjoyable.So yeah this is why they are on those spots).In this spot theirs no way to get those characters so it gives my select a nice clean feel.

If you guys know your comic and game lore.Guess some of those team names.

Yes it is. Oni(by Akas.) is a very good example.I had to nerf his two ultimates and base dmg. It scaled way to well with hp on top of his broken taunt and high dmg and mobility.Raging
Demon  does about 30-40 % min - max. A low base dmg gives him a play styple of control and power management (abusing taunt),with raging demon as his main dps output(keep away raging demon play-style).
 It still down understand the variable set up for his other hypers like hadou ken and 3d -p.Even with nerf I can reach the darkstalkers team with out to many continues.So his is still very strong only just more balanced(based on play-style).Jedah is a pain for him doh.

This is post for my uploaded Mugen with rebalances.So if anyone is interested in trying it out,its here.
I do not own any part of this ?ugen nor did I create any of it.
Screen pack was done by Noz,the characters were done  by kong,reu,kihiia ,rez tops etc.If forgot anyone sry.

Mugen rebalanced.1.1

Screen pack Noz :war zone

40 + characters all balanced as best as I could , for fair game play.

Added some lore balances as well as guard dmg balances.<--testing

Arcade mode fully script and is mean to be very hard based on Ai not op stats.
(I compiled the best Ai's i could get  my hands on from various characters makers
whom I thought had the best balance of ai/mechanics.( So its mean to be hard but
if you want a easier version  just replace characters ones with a from different makers that's
easier or just skip the ones you cant beat.)btw i have cleared it a few times already
 so its beatable.

End game bosses are scripted some are my work with simple cns and others came like that.
bonus stage at end.Surprise or go see in ve-select.

Music ranges from Two steps from hell - anime music.

Pics in menu art aren't mines they just edits.
Most stages are 1.1 hi def and boss stages are just hi def.(stages arent mines either)

Vs mode is fun because of balances so enjoy with friends.

Remember these balances are still in beta so any constructive feed back is nice.

These character have some of the best Ai. so if you want a beat up dummy you were warned.

Here a lists of some changes to a few characters i talked about before.
All characters :
+air jump(excluding kof chars.)
2500=hp
120=atk
125=def
90=ground def
30= liedown time
this is not for boss chars.


seperate:(Note these arent all the chages i made for each character.No changes to moves or mechanics.

Dark chunli: Rage mode fierce punch atks do guard dmg.2x
                  Fierce kick does minor guard dmg work on both chaos and rage.
                   +1 extra air jump

Oni -           raging demon and Ult used to do 50%+ hp.Now only 35-40 %.base dmg nerf a bit
                  .Minor power regen
evilryu -       None-perfect character.

Wolverine -    Loreability (regenation) - Constants semi minor regen.
                     atk nerf 10%
                      No more guard dmg on Beserke Rage.

Deadpool -    Lore ability(Cheat death) - below 75 hp can heal for 75 .
                     atk dmg increase 25%

Ironman   -    Lore ability(SolarLife suppor) - when power is maxx and he below 40%
                     Moderate regen.

Colossus -     Lore ability( organic Steel)  - When low on power he takes 50-75% less dmg(may nerf it).

Hulk     -        Lore ability( rage) - Lower his hp is more the dmg he does( not clean enough in cns)


Will update more when I release a patch. rest YOU can find out your self in game.
