I don't believe them. I have a publicly released patch for it, so it must have some kind of release.
A publicly released patch for a character means absolutely nothing at all.
And MFFA would never lie regarding the privacy of a character, since these guys are all about sharing, and hiding a character from others if it is NOT private is kinda counter-productive, don't you think?

I didn't say they're lying. I said they're wrong.

And yes actually, a publicly released patch does mean something. There's no bloody point releasing a patch for something no-one has, is there?

Ryuji Yamazaki by Men's Club. Can't find it anywhere.

Street Fighter 1 Ryu by Masa, but not his 1.1 version. The version he used to have that was compatible with older mugen.

Found a patch for a Rila from Breaker's Revenge. The author however has a unsearchable name, it's the triangle in that picture. Mugen Guild Database doesn't list anyone with that name and I can't find who it's by. Anyone know?
