But for the win quote part, look in KFM's .cns file.

So to add win quotes for characters, go to the character's .cns folder, then insert this under [Movement]

victory1 = "(insert your win quote here)"
It MUST have the quotation marks (" ") and you can add more than one win quote.
Example from KFM:
