I've been checking and they're called MFJ2 made by Jet. I don't remember if they were included in a screenpack or what, probably they were.

Check your mugen.cfg in the folder called data and try finding these lines:

;System and DirectX modes do not support advanced features

RenderMode = OpenGL
It should be OpenGL in RenderMode.

Thank you. I always felt the old small portrait I did for Cable wasn't good, I didn't like his face and I tried to make it look better (IMO)
