I was thinking of the head literally detaching and falling in an arc, biting the ankles before splashing in the ground.
 but that animation is also pretty nice.

Iced plans out some crazy thing - I work a bit on it and Barker polishes it to something that can be put in a Z2 quality character :)

LOVE that roll kick morph move!
If you went 1 step further and made it do a complete loop, you could make it into a special. Sort of like Fei Long's 3 punch special.
LK = the animation above
MK= Full 360
FK= 540 rotation so the morph move is at the end.

Love the concept, those off-the-wall moves will make Buu a very fun and unpredictable character.

Great progress right here.

And this roll kick looks really nice. And also less disturbing than when Iced showed me Buu's head coming out from his ass ! :D

That is merely the case, because I haven't had the chance to implement his most recend feedback yet:

Ignore that, and allow me to get back on topic by saying that the part in the first anim where the head pops out can be easily implemented to the 2nd anim while applying Iced's feedback about the ticks of tension. I whole-heartily recommend you go with mixing up the two anims (or at least the parts mentioned; in this case, head popping out in 1st anim, and the entirety of the 2nd one), as it gives it a..... how can I describe it? It gives it a Tom & Jerry/Disney/Merry Melodies vibe that I ABSOLUTELY
love.

Add his left arm behind his back too? Maybe just his wrist/hand.
It's definitely good. I really like how the spark lights up while it's back.

There's a couple things I'm a bit iffy on.

First, I think there should be some motion blur when he whips his head-tendril forward.
Second is when he's leaning forward, the shading his chest seems a bit too heavy.

Otherwise it looks much better.

As usual, good job guys. And I agree with August on his feedback, some SF3 motion blur when the head tendril goes forward would give it a nice punch, and the chest looks... like a Wilson basket ball :XD:

I think integrating the shape of the chest of the old anim into the new would make it perfect. It's fine shading wise, but the shape is totally strange.
Only way to go is up.

Oh I agree on the chest in the new version, when he leans forward his peck turns into a ball! And his neck/throat disappears.
It looks pretty weird. I did a little version of my own, this might help you out with his anatomy a little bit.
(well don't go around redoing your entire sheet, it looks great otherwise, just be wary of those bloated pecks)

Yeah I knew about the pecs when I posted but decided to anyway. I got busted though :P I'll do some tweaking using those lines as a reference.

make him inhale before executing the move and as soon as he executes it make him close his mouth and eyes. imo, i think it might give buu more expression
