Is it possible to achieve a proper Photoshop-like opacity effect with 32-bit Explods/Helpers in MUGEN 1.1? Or am I forced to just incorporate the opacity into the images themselves? Just using Add/Alpha transparency doesn't cut it.

Thanks.

You'll always get a better result importing the sprites the exact way you want. You could try to cut it up and do things inside mugen, but at that point you're doing just as much work.  I dont even think you could edit the palette by hand to be honest.
