Winanne's KFM with her A.I. Code.  Then you will need to copy the state numbers for the hard punch and kick give them new state numbers and then you will have set the state numbers in the cmd. If you use someone else as a base then there will be problems down the road.

Of course if you are set on useing a six button I would use Testp's Guile.

Winane's a guy AFAIK. o_O

Also that KFM is just the normal one plus bits of advanced coding that'd only get in the way if you're trying to get started.  So I say normal KFM is the best char to start from (changing him to 6 buttons is easy), unless there's some other solid char template out there that has the same tutorial side to it as KFM.
Use anything you want from my works.  If you need to contact me use email, not private messages.

oh okay, thanx for comments, actually the characters that i have been making off of KFM's base are 4 buttons and they are for my SSBO project, problem is Shazzo's characters are 6 buttons and i want all of the characters to fight with the same style.
