I have a hard time trusting stuff from Zel, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time.

I'm pretty sure this is an update though and not an actual release.

You are right, it is an update.

Well, that's the oldest video of Yukino that I found. She does look way different now, so much I think I'd keep both versions.

I like this version of her, probably better than the old version. Too bad he won't get permission from Nao. I'd love for him to release his version of Sula. She's much better than Nao's.

He did make a Kula, but had some bugs at the release date, she got a little update at 11/07/2009 as the topic at MLA says.

Also, just checked that Hakufu was updated and is available again since September 16.

Maybe because she doesn't have AI ...

Anyway, she doesn't fit the KOF standards, as all Zelgadis' creations, but it's an okay Kula edit.
It's 100 Miles away from being as good as Rikard's edits, but work was put into it, and the new moves make sense and seem to work correctly. It's not a basic "let's remove ice from Kula and replace it by fire" character, and the comboability can be kinda nice at times.
