My brother @ his forum game him a sincere advice:To turn his crappy WinMugen hack into a patch, and stop the advertising as 'his' engine, but change it to his 'project', or whatever, and to start crediting Elecbyte.Think of it. For Vyx, it is good because it circumvents Elecbyte's current lawsuit AND License. They can't do anything legal to him since he's not using a single line of their code, unless they change their License Agreement, which wouldn't be retroactive and only apply to RCs, and since Vyx uses a WinMugen base it wouldn't matter. I don't think it's a way to fuck the people who are dealing with him... actually, Elecbyte only wanted him to stop advertising his 'engine' and distrubuting a modified version while robbing them of newcomers. This solves all that.They never actually spoke out against patches (the license never mentioned those), and I don't really think they care.
