Kasumi Todo

Based on 2000 version, plus extra moves from all of her KOF Appearances.

Kula Diamond

Based off 2002/XI

Li Xiangfei

Based of 99/2001

Malin

Based of XI with wall jump and extra Suzume Bachi follow ups from 2003

Yuri Sakazaki

Will have 2003 look plus extra moves from previous appearances (if I can get some edits done, if not, she'll have her 2002 look)

More seriously, voted Kula and Malin.
I'm fine for now with Iron's versions of Kasumi and Li Xiangfei.
And I think Fervicante's Yuri is good.
