Iori Orochi said, October 24, 2009, 06:40:15 pmWait, there are actually people who play with a time limit? ???Not everybody plays with characters who have 3000 life and constant regeneration, resulting in 10 minutes fights ...Looks like a nice stage, will test.
I take that offensively. I typically turn off time limits in most games, because a Rl friend of mine is an expert at turtling.
I play with 60s limit, and Ryon...this is awesome. It turns the final seconds of the battle into something epic. Thanks for the release.
Since this is supposed to be a "shooter + fighter stage", these work better.Gradius 3 Arcade - Hi-Speed Dimension (stage 4)Gradius 3 SNES - Hi-Speed Dimension (stage 7)Personally I'd use the SNES one.

thanks for the comments guys.and yes i set it to work with time , because i wanted it to get frantic paced in the last seconds of that battle. so 60 is excellent for this, and 99 works great as well.i choose the Short Circuit song because i recently watched the scene on youtube, ( i LOVE the movie) and the song just seemed so epic.. especially the beginning of it, it REAKS of Arcade Shooter.Orochi Gill said, October 24, 2009, 07:01:30 pmSince this is supposed to be a "shooter + fighter stage", these work better.Gradius 3 Arcade - Hi-Speed Dimension (stage 4)Gradius 3 SNES - Hi-Speed Dimension (stage 7)Personally I'd use the SNES one.Shooter + Fighter meaningBlazStar (Background) (Arcade Shooter)+SNK Vs. Capcom Chaos (Floor) (Arcade Fighter)anyways, there is another stage i will be releasing based off of BlazStar, the game has EPIC animation all around its just so fun.
The music suggestions were more fitting in the way that they're fast levels from Gradius 3, a shooter, to be more fitting.

mugenevolution.co.uk said:Very nice Ryon! I always liked the idea to have some "old school" shooting game stages in MUGEN.Would like to see some R-Type or Axelay (that would be awesome, but... I know, the perspective) stages.
The stage is awesome, the speed effects are well done, but the crappy 80's music has GOT to Go. Honestly what were you thinking, setting a sick-looking high-tech background with "I Need A Hero", From the freakin' 80s, The Dark-ages of music ?!
