The only Mugen creator on this site without a "gay" purple name.  :-X

Little known FACT: If you use the equation, (z)velocity = (((x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2)^.5) / time and z = a small decimal number in mugen you can get something that follows something else. Useful for heat seeking missiles, black holes, magnet effects, a projectile aimed for an enemy's head... Seriously, try it! It's awesome!

Portraits too big.
Taunt makes her disappear for .10 seconds.
A/B/C do the same as taunt.
Run and backdash are misaligned and jerky.
CLSNs aren't very good.

You really could reduce the CLSN numbers and reduce priorities. The kick and shoryuken style attack I couldn't get good shots of.

On the plus side, no debug flood from what I can see!

Final grade: C+
A decent start for a beta but needs much polishing.

OMG... Finally... !!! :o
Great job xxx !!!

O ya...
There is a little thing that would make her more life (I think) :

added some walking, running, stop running, and landing sound
added some picture at spr no. 9000.1 (replace?)
added some background picture when she execute her super
make some picture at various lifebar (ex: Melty Blood or Touhou lifebar)
added some move or taunt?

Those just my opinion.
However I really like your char !!!
Really Really...

finally I wanna say this :
GREAT JOB !!! :sugoi:

CLSNs are better, but there's still priorities.
QCB+A/C do nothing and sometimes take control away
Small port still too big.

CLSNs are better, but there's still priorities.

On which attacks?

Projectile
All slashes (this is a debatable point, as fists in real life wouldn't deflect a blade very well, but then again these are basic attacks in mugen)
Kick seems acceptable thusfar. Shoryuken-style attack I dunno if it's really a bad thing as she does go upwards with a lot of force. The counter I'd deem acceptable.

One solution is to have Attack CLSN only be active for the first tick of the animation frame.

You keep on saying there's something wrong with the Clsns, can you at least show me how the clsns show look like?

mmmk

QCF+A and QCB+A cause invalid action 230.

QCF+C and QCB+C cause invalid action 250.

Really, you could just make it one red CLSN and put a blue one over it so it can be canceled out.

Weak basics shouldn't have priorities. Also, she's nearly devoid of blue CLSN during this so you can't even hit her during it.

Little more blue CLSN on the sword would be good.

This part of the attack has no attack CLSN on it at all, and not much blue (though it's at least acceptable for blue CLSN atm).
