- removed NotHitBy for strong Plasmaslice and Cyber Dash
- changed Stun Block ReversalDef attr from SCA, NA, SA, HA, NP, SP, HP, NT, ST, HT to S, NA
- changed all HitDef priority = 7 to priority = 5
- A.I. toned done a little bit (i.e. less frequent Triple Laser Storm/Plasmaslice)

My edit is by NO mean in NO way accurate to the source game!
I tried to follow the source game, but my PJ64 KI:Gold has many
glitches and crashes and my MAME KI2 runs so slow that I
couldn't pull out any moves and combos!

For Stun Block and its corresponding specials moves, the SFF
doesn't have the right sprites, so I borrowed a few ones from
one win pose...............................O_o!!!!

My main aim is to try to edit kofelsalvador10th's KI 2 Fulgore to
merely make it a little bit closer to the source game game play.

I don't have any KI2 sprites and sounds so I couldn't add the
missing stuff and I just untouched both the SFF and SND.

This error happens in winmugen only.  Now fixed!  Please re-download!

Ok now there are 2 versions:  MUGEN 1.0 and winmugen.

Update!

- fixed standing medium punch
- fixed some damage
- fixed some hitflag
- fixed some pausetime
- fixed some trigger
- A.I. added Stun Dizzy, not just Stun Reversal, to Stun Block
