Geegus
-Dragon punch input problem means that I keep getting Hadouken unless I really push the input down. Your TRue Geese didn't have this problem.
-Go go infinite: Launch them into the air and catch them with LP> LK > HP > POWAH CHAAJ. Time it right for an infinite.
-You didn't have to make the level 1 Rugal Kaiser or the Hadokens have such priority. They can go through most standard fireballs and even a certain few characters' super fireballs.

Mai:
-The lane changing ability is cheap when put against fightrs without this ability as she can effortlessly segue past certain attacks and counter without much risk
-If you were aiming to have that RB1 three fan throw special, it only hit once since the other fans were more illusions.
-RB Super Ninja Bees starts way too fast.
-Did she REALLY need a teleport, Sakura's spink kick super and a super involving multiple kunai? The custom sprites for that don't look any good in the first place. Did she also need Ibuki's aerial kunai throw special?
-Having Beni Suzaku in there is interesting but the effects used for it are poor, since its just the flame damage effects. Furthermore having her say "Shinobi bachi!" during it makes no sense.
-In fact she didn't really need so much supers in the first place. RB SDNB, Hana Arashi and MAYBE Mizudori no Mai would be alright.
-Misaligned sprites. Her stance looks like she's hovering inches above the floor.
-...and you HONESTLY gave her a RAPE super? One that looks like another, legit super attack performed by Iroha in SSTenka WITHOUT the unecessary rape part? Was that even necessary?

True Geese

Honestly, coming back to this guy was hard. There are a few things to say about him, though.

-Some of the effects still look weird.
-Most of the CLSNs are still pants. Look at his punch CLSNs. They don't need to be that big.
-Some of the sprites still look very jerky, andin his 2K2UM Nightmare HSDM super, that Reppuken looks REAL ugly.
-I will say I am glad you got rid of the utterly stupid healing or auto power gain. Comme to think of it, only True True Geese mode still has the fast auto power gain.
-Since most of the QCF and 2 attack button specials have different priorities, they should really cost power, like other EX moves. Infact right now he GAINS power from doing them. REmove this.
-Furthermore he's no longer capable of those 100% comboes which is good, howeveer he's still capable of some ridiculously strong comboes altogether. true True Geese can tstill do mad comboes, but the damage dampener prevents them from going stupid.
-You don't really need that much specials or supers in this Geese anyhow. I've counted 3 Raising Storms and 3 Deadly Raves there.
-You don't really need that True True Geese mode either. Since this is called True Geese, wouldn't that imply that the normal mode is the height of his power? I mean having a hidden True True mode isn't exactly very "truthful" is it?
-There's actually quite a lot of ugly looking effects around him. For example the dust effects and the Reppukens.
-Is it me or do your grabs have some bad priority? I could have sworn he countered Drago's Gees'e sNightmare Jaei Ken with a simple grab
-The basic combo chaining is too loose and too friendly. As I mentioned before it can lead to maddeningly powerful comboes.
-A good idea would be to start True Geese from scratch, instead using POTS' Geese as a base, mainly for it being more recent and all around more well put together.

I'll admit, its an improvement, however, there is still a LOT to work on. As for Geegus, nothing else yet to be said.

Change the "Hadouken" & "Yami Barai" command to ~D, DF, F ... Otherwise there is a conflict with the "Kaiser wave" command.

Give the "Kohryuha & Enryuha" command a time = 15...

"Zankuu Hadou Ken" with y in the air... Animation is too quick, looks like there is only one fireball...

"Final Psycho Crusher" fx looks... strange...

Would be nice to have a NeoGeegus & NeoDio win animation when p2 get´s koed via "Neo Alliance".

Another suggestion...  Maybe you should stick with one colour fx (red fx on "Final Psycho Crusher", "S.K.S.O.Y.O" & "Misogi").

Try to do the special move of Iori (i think the name is Yaotome) at the same time with NeoGeesus, there's a bug. (That appeared when i used Iori XI by Zelgadis, and your char.)

i made a news stand ( i did not like the original =p sorry bout that)
only using some pallete swap

take a look
you can use it if you want it (just give me a credit in the readme =p)

(the vels in the frames are different in the air =p)

and here's the air and SFF with the stand implemented
EDIT : were having some problems with the palletes

Who did the Krauser in your screenshots? I want it...

As for the characters, wow. Neo Geegus looks awesome, how many characters does he morph into? I'll definitely try him tomorrow, just getting ready for bed now...

you should check it
in the corner
S.K.S.O.Y.O --->  Neo Alliance ---> S.K.S.O.Y.O

a possible correction was to make the S.K.S.O.Y.O not hit a char that is falling, or allready fell

outstanding Hiram yagami, again a great release and update with correction for true geese (no recovery life for exemple!!!) Neo geegus ngbc and mai rb are fantastic!!!
Can't wait for a little correction to make them 100% playable characters   8)

Why did you changed the small select portrait to blue intead of leaving it as the original dark gray????

I know you probably don't remember where it is, but do you happen to know where that one stand animation that someone made for Neo Geegus is (the one with the hair)?
