Update
Add some sprites
reedit damage on each action
Added effect on Focus Attack
Added Time System LV1 :power up
added 3 pals
Updated AI

Note
System will be like this

I just finished LV1 time system. Continue brainstorm about Lv2 ;and lv3

- Cooldown on some moves are needed.
- Elbow basic move (standing Y) has priorities.
- Damage dampening required. (Aerial combo into kick super does 1/2 HP and a low kick into his sumersault kick does lvl one super damage)
- He can do dyno damage on some of his special moves.
- Does not really feel like SVC. (Not sure what type of style you are looking for.)
- Why does it state mouser and a couple other guys plus some AI patch by some other guy? Most  suspicious. Especially in the def file.
- Leftover helper after the intro says Muteki and stays in his place.

is this you mention that Coordinates of y didn't correct when it happen?

Sorry about my English skill; i used dictionary to find the meaning of "dampening " and "dyno". finally; i dont understand what u  mean
can you give my exactly what state you mention ?

About SVC ; I just taking sprites from this game and edit it; after that; i edit code to my style (SVCRKim is almost finish system; u will see when it finish)
About ai patch; It is not a virus because i just for Put the name of  the person who made AIpatch for this char; and forgot to to drop this zip file.  Dont care it; it is old file and it is unnecessary.

Muteki is a Japanese Author and his name appears on the said helper that gets left behind.

Cooldown means there is some time between moves so that it doesn't become too combo friendly.

Dyno means BIG damage.

And that thing about his eblow thrust basic move means there is no blue clsn near where his red should be.
standing Y being jsut stand and then do Y. (Y for me anyway)

Damage dampening means the longer the combo the less damage it should do over time.

Oh, also he stops the background music whenever he does any of his supers.

About blue clsn, is it necessary when character try to beat someone with his punch; and other character also trying beat again; direct to hit punch or better way to attack other part of body of character.

I wouldnt know since mediafire is blocked by me. And before anyone says use a proxy or tunnel site, they're blocked as well.

I'll assume you're joking. Muteki is used on anything that is either invincible or has no hitboxes whatsoever. It litterally means "Invincible"

Very interesting character! :)
BTW there is a problem during the pause "cammand list" system.
To navigate you use left and right.
But it seems that the direction depends if your character is facing right or left.
It should be always L to go back and R to go forward since it's a menu.
